Snow Child on Sled Candy Container

Antique Christmas Candy Container

A big snow child sit on a wooden sled. It opens in the middle as a candy container. Mache Face glances sideways. Hands/arms are wooden on wire that can be posed. Legs appear to be the same but are covered with soft cotton pants. Sled has no stamp but is penciled in 35Cents! Please view other images of this old Christmas Candy Container for condition details. Very colorful Hen Candy Container. She wears a scarf tied into a bow atop her head and has a wide eyed expression as if she is calling out to her chicks. Foxy Grandpa sitting on Chick Candy Container

Foxy Grandpa is sitting atop a young chick. Flecks of paint chipped off of grandpa's toes and back of ear. Thin fracture and paint missing on back of chick could easily be restored. Bottom plug is glued in place. Please view other images for condition details. Approx. 4"

  • Condition: very good with light general wear, cardboard disc between the legs and cardboard container was replaced in the very past; some old glue underneath of the coat, around the opening of the candy container
