Santa and Kids with snowball Post Card

Is Santa to be caught up in a snowball fight? He carries a huge sack of toys over his shoulder, a tree and a walking stick in his hand. What's he to do? Will the boy really throw the snowball while Santa smokes his pipe? Non embossed with sharp corners. It appears some postmark ink has rubbed off onto a few areas near the edges. The postman was really doing a number that day. Please view other images for condition details. Post marked 1909 and with a French stamp.
